Can I manually attach alerts to an existing incident?

You can manually attach an alert to an incident from the alert page. Click the ➕ next to "Related incidents" and select an incident.
You can also attach alerts to an incident from the alerts list: select the alerts to attach using the checkboxes, then click Bulk actions → Attach to incident from the menu.
